Zone 7 Stream Management Implementation Plan
Adopted in 2006, the plan is aimed at protecting valley communities from floods through planned build-out in 2034, while at the same time improving water quality, wildlife habitat and public recreational opportunities (emphasis added).

We are proud of the role of FOV in perserving and protecting agriculture & open space in our wine country. It is now time to lay the groundwork for the preservation of the area north of Livermore.
